Most entrepreneurs, like us, start out because we have a passion, discovered or created a product or service that we could really serve an underserved market and of course the desire for freedom.

Unfortunately, most brand owners fall into a mold, the industry template.

Many entrepreneurs fail to create a big-picture strategy for their brand.

When many people achieve their small goals, they have no clue “what’s next” or “what am I actually building”.The brand was not built for growth.

Many entrepreneurs fail to embody legacy thinking, though I know because you are here, legacy is top of mind for you.

Powerhouse brands and entrepreneurs like J.D Rockefeller, Steve Jobs, and Oprah have an ability to balance macro and micro goals.

Most entrepreneurs use a hand to mouth approach constantly in survival mode instead of thriving.

Living day by day or even caught in a cycle of creating revenue just to keep up with the bills.

The problem is a broken business model which isn’t set up with the bigger picture vision and goals stacked to get there. That is why most people aren’t motivated.

Your goals are too small. You haven’t seen how it is connected to what you truly desire. Many of us create the “IN THE MEANTIME STRATEGY” instead of going for what you truly desire now.

The way you build a $250,000 brand is different to how you build a multimillion-dollar brand.

I always ask my clients at the beginning of each session, why are we building your brand? What is the end game? Are we building to sell? Building so that your brand will be a going concern even after you are gone? (Coco Chanel brand exist even though the founder is no longer here).

What is the end game?

Building your brand with your big-picture goal in mind will help take actions more strategically, which will help you achieve both your micro and macro goals.

It will motivate you.

Only with the end game in mind can the right systems, structures, and positioning be created to support that bigger picture plan.
